Cancellations
We request that cancellations be made soon as possible but at least two hours in advance of the previously scheduled appointment. Clients who miss a scheduled appointment without previous notification may be subject to a $25 service fee.

Late Arrivals
To ensure schedule punctuality, we regret that late arrivals will not receive an extension if another client’s appointment is impacted. We request that you reschedule your appointment if you will be more than 15 minutes late. If a client is running late but intends to keep the appointment, we request notification as soon as possible in advance of the scheduled appointment.
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late without previous notification may be subject to a $15 service fee.
